FAQ
If there isn’t a job opening in my field, can I still apply to Eima?
Yes! We always welcome talented artists. You can submit a General Application, and we’ll keep it in mind for future opportunities.
Is my resume enough or should I submit a cover letter too? What about demo reels and portfolios?
A cover letter is appreciated but not required.
However, demo reels and portfolios are essential for all artistic roles—please make sure to include them.
Will Eima contact me about my application status?
Due to the high volume of applications, we’re unable to update each applicant individually.
Only candidates who closely match the role will be contacted for next steps.
Does my demo reel or portfolio need a specific format?
If a specific format is required, it will be mentioned in the job posting.
Otherwise, simply ensure all your links work properly and that passwords (if any) are included.
If I don’t live near the studio, can I still apply?
Yes! Some roles may have location-specific needs depending on the project, but many positions are open to remote artists.
We encourage you to apply regardless of where you live.
Can I submit my show idea or concept?
Absolutely! We love hearing original ideas. While we can’t guarantee a review or feedback, you’re welcome to send your concepts through our official submission channel.
We’re always excited to meet new talent.
If you think you belong at IMA, we’d love to hear from you—whether your specialty is on the list or not.
